Product Description
Due to its tiny toxicity and pleasing odor, Propylene glycol ether series are be honoured as a promising environmentally friendly solvent. It has high security, and can be used in industrial or household cleaner formulations. Now it has been recommended by many developed countries. lts evaporation rate is similar to ethylene glycol monobutyl ether, whichis a very good substitute. It is widely used in the paint, cleaning agents, ink, leather and other aspects. In addition, propylene glycol monobutyl ether series also can be used as water-based coating film forming additive, sensitive adhesive, PS version cleaning, printing, electronic chemicals, jet engine fuel additive (water repellent), extraction solvent and high boiling point solvents.

Packaging
The usual one package of 1-Butoxy-2-propanol is 180 kg/drum. But we could also subpackage it according to our customers' requirements.Such as 1kg/drum, 5kg/drum, 10kg/drum,etc.
Generally, for small quantities, the liquid of 1-Butoxy-2-propanol will be packed in sealed plastic drums, and then be locked into the carton barrels. or we could wrap the drums with bubble sheet and then put them into carton box.
For larger quantity, it is generally 200 liters/drum, and then 4drums one pallet, or 1000liters per IBC drum. Besides, we could provide more protection to the goods as our customers' required.
Usage
1. Coatings:
Can be used as acrylic resin, styrene acrylic resin, polyvinyl acetate condensing agent, giving the paint film excellent performance. It is one of the most effective film forming auxiliaries for many waterborne coatings.
2. Cleaning agent:
Suitable for cleaning agents, especially in systems requiring very low evaporation rates, such as wax removers and floor cleaners. It is a good coupling agent for grease and grease, and can be used as paint remover and animal grease remover.
3. Printing ink:
Using propylene glycol butyl ether, some formulas can be changed to water soluble, so that the ink toxicity is reduced, improve the operating environment, improve the quality of printing.
4. Break Fluid:
In the new brake fluid, its content can be as high as 40%, is one of the main components of the brake fluid.
5. Agricultural products, cosmetics, textiles:
Propylene glycol ether can also be used for colorful coatings, photosensitive glue, PS plate cleaning, printing, electronic chemicals, jet engine fuel additives (water-repellent), extraction agent and high boiling solvent.
Storage and transport
